A cask of fresh apple juice and some time: When the first Cider was created by chance in Katlenburg in 1925, the whole staff and every villager were delighted by it. At that time the “Apfel-Sekt” (also known as “Apfelschaumwein” and “Apfelperlwein”) became a sales hit. Over ninety years later, we have revived our first apple-fresh Cider with the finest recipe and the naturally mild flavour of pure fruit. Of course, it’s natural, because we pass on any artificial flavours or flavour enhancers.
